Build-a-Soap Terms and Conditions

Create the soap of your dreams with our Build-a-Soap experience. Whether you’re looking for something uniquely personal for family and friends, looking for corporate gifts, to add to your own business or have always wanted to try your hand at soap formulation (without the mess!), this is your chance to bring your vision to life. Simply select your preferred options and we’ll custom-make your soap loaf to order.

Start by choosing from one of our tried-and-tested soap base recipes, then personalise your creation with optional extras like herbal powders, exfoliants, botanicals, clays, or nourishing liquid additions.  Please be sure to read all notes regarding ingredients, especially when it comes to liquids. 

Next choose from our wide selection of fragrance or essential oil blends.  Can't see what you are looking for, message us and I will see if I have it and if it is safe for soap.  If so, I can easily add it to the system. 

Customise your soap further with a wide range of colours including a range of natural clays and botanicals.  Please be aware that natural colours are not always as bright and virbrant as mica and pigments and have a tendency to fade over time.  Once you have your colour selection, let me know the design style choice.  There is even a note box if you want to give me more instruction on the design. 

Each soap is handmade just for you and requires 4–5 weeks to cure before it's ready to ship. These custom loaves are different from our standard soaps: they are not logo-stamped or packaged, but the edges will be bevelled for a comfortable feel and they will arrive simply presented without any additional wrapping.

Available in 9-bar or 18-bar loaves, with the larger loaf offering exceptional value—add-on costs are calculated based on the 18-bar recipe.

Just select your preferences from the menu and place your order—we’ll take care of the rest!  Prepayment is required prior to commencement and once we begin the process of making your soap, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Our Build-a-Soap is suitable for both personal and business use. Whether you're creating a custom batch for your own enjoyment or planning to resell the soaps under your own brand, we’re happy to support your needs. Please note that all soaps are provided unbranded and unlabeled, allowing flexibility for your intended use. If you are reselling, you are responsible for compliance with relevant labeling regulations in your region.

Signature: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Water, Palm Oil (Sustainably grown and sourced), Sodium Hydroxide, Castor Oil, Fragrance, Shea Butter.

Palm Free: Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Rice Bran Oil, Castor Oil, Shea Butter

Soleseife: Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Local Sea Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Shea Butter, Castor Oil

Once soap is created, we will include a full ingredientes list with posted soap.

Care Instructions

To ensure the longest possible life of you soap, it is important to keep it dry between uses.

* Keep soap on a well drained surface such as on a soap dish or mat.

* Keep in a well ventilated area to allow the soap to dry.

Did you know soap can absorb moisture? Do not unwrap your soap bars until ready to use. Keep them in a dark, cool, dry space

If you feel the soap is too large to comfortably use, cut the bar in half and take one half into the shower and keep the other in a dry area.
