In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. 1. Use of website

We welcome anyone to use our website but if you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian permission before making any purchases. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you are acknowledging that you are over the age of 18 years of age or have approved Parental or Guardian consent to place your order.

2. Use of Products:

In relation to home Fragrance items (eg candles, melts diffusers etc), it is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure you have read and comply with all safety instructions and guidelines that are provided. It is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure that products purchased are used correctly and for the purpose they were intended.

In relation to Bath and Body items (eg lotions, scrubs, balms etc) it is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure you have read all information provided about the product including the ingredients list and how to use the product. It is your responsibility as the customer, to ensure that products purchased are used correctly and for the purpose they were intended and there are no known allergies. Please feel free to contact Soy and Shea for further information of products.

Please ensure children and animals are supervised when using Soy and Shea Products.

3. Accuracy of information:

All possible care is taken to provide accurate information and pictures on each product available. All our products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour or design from the original picture. Colours may also appear different on various devices.

This site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information

4. Payment and security:

Orders will only be commenced and dispatched once full payment has been received.

We do not hold or store any of your payment details. All payment processing is done via secure sites such as PayPal or Afterpay

5. Prices and taxes:

Soy and Shea reserves the right to change prices at any time without warning. The Price payable for the products shall be the price applicable on the date the order is confirmed and paid for. All prices are shown in Australian dollars.

Soy and Shea are a GST registered business and this is reflected in all the prices.

6. Cancellations and Returns:

We aim to fill orders within 24-72 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once Shipping information has been generated but not dispatched, we can cancel the order and refund cost of products less shipping. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order.

We abide by Australian Statutory Legal requirements in regards to products that are faulty but do not offer returns on change of mind purchases. This is covered in more details in our Payment and Returns Policy.

Orders placed by those not residing in a country where shipping is available and elect for pick-up, will have their orders cancelled and refunded less any payment fees incurred by Soy and Shea.  We are an Australian based business as indicated in numerous places on the site including when electing for pick-up at check-out. Soy and Shea will no longer cover the cost of this.

7. Shipping:

We use Australia Post to deliver all our orders though reserve the right to change carriers when necessary. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate address details.

Once an order has been dispatched, Soy and Shea cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries for reasons outside of its control e.g. in case of adverse weather conditions.

The submission of private information while using this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.
