The scent:
A calming medley of bamboo foliage and green florals balanced with shimmering floral and citrus accords to create a spa like aroma.
About this soap:
When creating this soap, part of a snake's shed skin was added to the lye water and then incorporated into the soap. Why? Snake skin is loaded with keratin and when used in soap, it adds many of the same properties as Tussah silk giving the soap an amazing silky feeling on the skin. Unlike Tussah Silk, Snake skin is a more humane alternative as snakes shed their skins naturally without human intervention. The skin is of no use once shed.
Indians have been incorporating snake skin into soap for centuries believing it to have many skin benefits, though this is not yet proven.
The design of the soap is to reflect a tricolor hognose snake, one of my favourites.
Our soaps are crafted using plant-based oils and butters which are turned into soap using a process known as saponification. Once the soap has hardened, they are cut into individual bars and then left to cure for 4-6weeks before being packaged in biodegradable wrapping. As all our bars are handmade, each bar will be unique and may differ slightly from the shown picture.

To ensure the longest possible life of you soap, it is important to keep it dry between uses.
* Keep soap on a well drained surface such as on a soap dish or mat.
* Keep in a well ventilated area to allow the soap to dry.
Did you know soap can absorb moisture? Do not unwrap your soap bars until ready to use. Keep them in a dark, cool, dry space
If you feel the soap is too large to comfortably use, cut the bar in half and take one half into the shower and keep the other in a dry area.
