The outer cover is made from durable, thick cotton fabric and is machine washable, with a secure flap keeping the lupin-filled pouch in place.

How to use

Microwave:
Remove the outer layer and place the inner section in the microwave for 2-3 min (time may vary according to microwave wattage). Carefully remove from microwave and put back into cover. Appy where needed taking care not to overheat skin.

It is best to heat in a microwave, however, in some cases they can be warmed in a low oven for about 15-20 minutes. Be sure to remove outer cover to do this and watch at all times.

Heat Packs can also be placed in a freezer for 30-40 minutes and used as a cooling pack.

Care Instructions

Outer Cover:
* Machine Wash in Cold to warm water (Cotton setting ~ 40 degrees Celsius)
* Do not bleach
* Iron with cotton setting

Inner pack:
Do not wash. If it becomes wet, be sure to allow to dry before reheating
